Keep Fit Classes every Monday morning 10.30 to 11.30 – £7.00. Suitable for all levels, can be gentle, suitable for those recuperating from surgery or more active for the fitter members of the group. Resistance bands and weights incorporated into the session, plus relaxation to wind down at the end.
